I’m a bit quiet, not because I’m afraid to speak, but because I like listening first. I often think about how the world works, why people do what they do, and how to find my own place in all this noise.

Travel to places where I can get lost and find myself again.
Stop being afraid to ask for help when things are heavy.
Learn to love my reflection without conditions.
Spend more time with people who make it easy to breathe.
Learn to let go of what is no longer mine.
And most importantly, keep believing that the future will be better than I imagine.
